Alright, Clouds, So Tell me why do you float in the sky
When you can hike on the Ginormous mountains
I come here asking you, If you want Bird's wings, dried maple leaves or craving chestnuts Can you find them by just floating atop the mountains?
I know, when you rain on the Hudson River, the river weeps like a baby And when you cross the mountains; Even the mountains blush
So, Why not Go Hiking like we do, overlooking the River, crossing the Mountains Step by step, motivating one-another We start from the Washburn trails, Is it steep? Is it scary? Better than the ruins? Maybe the most difficult of them all? I leave that to you, But we are Just a few miles away before wind blows in our direction Downhill And, I will not leave you alone There is one who skips past everyone, sets the tune and gets demotivated Yet when compass loses its harmony and shine, goes looking for them, worried There is one who feels pressurized when you follow from behind But can hike stress-free when you're overhead So, You can float ahead of the pack There is one who does that to get to the fair first And have a drink, can invite you to play Terraforming Mars Yes, dear cloudy, you will only know if you hike with us He who incessantly looks for frogs in ponds, looks no further than the first one when you ask for your photos, Yes, He shall be our best navigator, getting the direction wrong every time on purpose Why? You may ask So to get you to guide us, dear cloud Lest we split and go on the wrong trail like two of us did You know I would give you my eyes Why do you ask for them knowing I'm a hiker Let's hike and settle One who reaches the mountain top first gets to keep their eyes I know I will come last, looking after others
That will not deter me from inviting you as you overlook
Yes, One who reaches the mountain top gets to keep their eyes For Halloween is coming and you can see heads rolling We shall reach the top just to have lunch together, And of course, Click photos - I know a professional who takes amazing pictures of others, And Let's Be stressed together, when we leave somebody behind or allow others to proceed So, You can then float back into the sky and try to find the missing one (forget about my eyes) After everything you have done for us today, Why did you watch from afar, Nimbus Next time, Come hike with us, We will take the metro back to I-House There is this guy who is so chivalrous he gives even you, a floating cloud, a seat in the crowded train
Ah! Doesn't it sound nice to go on hikes
With these wonderful people?
Oh sure! They can be late, make you stressed
Miscount the people on the platform
But you will be happy, relieved
When you count 31 people in all languages you know
We can learn languages, speak to native speakers on the train, Confuse others, dance with our eyes While others wait for the restroom Or get a steaming Hot Chocolate for you! Oh sure! We don't need seats on a crowded train We need to float above, like a honeybee Ah! Look at that train as it runs on the Hudson, How wonderful does it feel to get discounted tickets back home
And Yes, you will find this guy who has conquered the snowy Himachal
Yet appreciates a good hike
during stressful times away from home
And this wonderful person who finds the cold springs similar to her hometown in Italy As she compares her experiences to home
Ah cloudy, How does it feel to go home from New York? Yes, we can go home without cyclones, Without winds to blow, but by living vicariously through the eyes of my fellow residents, my people
Are you convinced now? Or do you still want my eyes? Let's go on the next hike together
